How to Download Your Digital National ID?

Download the eGovPH App
Search “eGovPH” on Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Install the eGovPh app and open it.
This is the official way to download national id and access your national id online copy.

Create an Account
Register using your mobile number and email address. Enter your full name and email address to receive OTP.
Enter the OTP verification code sent to your email address and phone number.
Set 6 digit MPIN. This is your national id registration login for future access.
Tap on Digital ID Icon
Inside the app, tap on Digital ID icon to starts the process to get your national id digital version .

Enter Personal Details
Type your name and birthday exactly as recorded during registration.
Even a small mismatch like missing middle initial or spelling difference will cause an error.
Then enter your current address and phone number.
Select your gender male or female.
Then confirm information and click next.

Add Your Signature
In the next step you will be asked to add a signature digitally.
If you want you can skip this step. It’s not mandatory.

Take Live Selfie
Then you will be asked to take a live selfie. The app runs live selfie verification. To take a selfie tap on the launch camera. Blink your eyes.
If you are stifled with the selfie click on yes I am happy and proceed next. If not then retake until you are stifled with the image.

Remove glasses, Remove face coverings. You will be asked to blink or turn slightly.

Submit Valid ID for Verification
In the next step you will be asked to upload any of the following accepted valid primary ID’s.

You can view both sides, zoom into the QR code, and download the PDF. This is your national id card download.
The PDF password is your birthday in MMDDYYYY format. Example: If you are born on January 5, 1990your password will be 01051990.
Is the Digital National ID Official and Valid?
